We engaged Laura Neri Baebler, Architect & Associates for our Monroe Station Condominium project in 2003. A 22 unit multiple family project in Kirkwood, MO that required a design to fit an irregular shaped lot with various challenges from size compliance, space planning to underground parking and building height restrictions.

In 2004, we came to Laura and her office for architectural plans through the recommendation of our building landlord to renovate an interior storefront office space and make it suitable for our neighborhood wellness center. They listened well and designed the space with our ideas and goals in mind.
Due to their diligent code coordination with the city, our fire egress issues were resolved and the building permit was procured without issue. Since then, it has become a serene oasis for our clients to relax, receive massages and acupuncture as well as enjoy yoga classes.

In 2001, my partners and I met with Kim Richardson, now with LNB Architects & Associates, to discuss architectural plans for renovating part of the Central West End Pub location exterior site for use as a beer garden.
